The heating grid covers the forefoot and heel, where cold tends to settle first, and the carbon fiber layer warms up to about 50° and spreads heat evenly across the insole.
A wireless remote with a power button and high, medium and low buttons lets you change the heat without bending down to unlace your boots. Clip it to your keys or keep it in a pocket and adjust the warmth as you move between a heated truck, an icy job site and the trail. The EVA foam stays soft and springy underfoot, so they feel like a proper insole rather than a bare heating pad.
Choose Small for sizes 35 to 40 or Plus for sizes 41 to 46, then trim along the marked size lines to fit your boot; do not cut below the line. They are designed to run from a power bank, which is not included. The black kit ships with a charging cable, a remote control with a key ring clip, the heated insoles and instructions.

Can I wash it?
Yes. Take out the battery or controller first, then hand wash or use a gentle cool cycle. Let it air dry, and skip the iron and the tumble dryer.
Is it safe to wear for long periods?
Wear it like any other layer and follow the care label. Turn the heat down or off if you get too warm, and don't sleep in heated items unless they're made for it.
