These ZOCOZI rechargeable heated insoles for women turn your favourite boots into foot warmers. A carbon fiber heater is built into a soft, elastic EVA foam base, so they feel like a cushioned insole rather than a stiff heating pad. Warmth spreads across the forefoot and heel, the spots that chill first on cold sidewalks, ski slopes and frozen lakes.

A remote control does the work, with a power button and high, medium and low settings, so you never have to reach into your shoe. The insole label lists about four hours on high, six on medium and ten on low. They charge with the included USB cable, and the label recommends a full charge every three to six months if you are not using them, to keep the battery healthy.

Choose Small for EU 35 to 40 or Plus for EU 41 to 46, then trim along the printed size lines for an exact fit; do not cut below the marked line. Wear them in winter boots, hiking shoes and sneakers for dog walks, skiing, ice fishing and commuting. Spot clean only, dry flat, make sure they are fully dry before turning on, and switch off when not in use.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Take out the battery or controller first, then hand wash or use a gentle cool cycle. Let it air dry, and skip the iron and the tumble dryer.

Is it safe to wear for long periods?

Wear it like any other layer and follow the care label. Turn the heat down or off if you get too warm, and don't sleep in heated items unless they're made for it.
